Self Defence Certification – 2 sessions

Elite Ladies Kickboxing’s very own Head Instructor, Tim Beynon, is leading our new Self Defence Programme. Tim has over 20 years of experience in self defence training and instructing.

Tim is highly skilled to deliver this in a safe and fun way that will enable you to learn to defend yourself if you are ever in a difficult situation.

Each level of certification takes one session to complete.

Once you have booked and paid for the course you will be sent a link to our Appointments Calendar to choose the dates that are convenient for you.

Available dates are as follows:

Saturday 27th May 2023: 1pm

Saturday 5th August 2023: 1pm

Saturday 28th October 2023: 1pm

Each level can be completed at any of the 3 sessions. So if you would like to complete two certification levels please purchase this product and then select 2 dates from the Appointments Calendar that we will send you after you purchase.
